Focusing on the gift not the wrapping: presenting the Gospel

gift

In 2014, we will discover disciples by focusing on the gift we have received –- the Gospel of Christ; not so much on the wrapping around that gift.

We will develop disciples who will see what is wrapping and what is gift. They will have to design the new wrapping for a new generation of Anglicans.

We will deploy these disciples in our parishes and beyond the walls of our churches to speak the language of a new century and tell the timeless story of Cross and Resurrection. Help support this work.

This work will be more interesting than ever in 2014 as we meet our neighbours in the southern region of Keewatin Diocese. Those parishes will be added to Rupert’s Land a year from now. They will help to turn this into a new Rupert’s Land — and who knows what it will be like?

Please support this work of growth and renewal.
